Majestic Palace Hotel Sant'Agnello, Sant'Agnello

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a lovely side view of the sea. The daily cleaning service kept everything refreshed. While noise from above rooms was noticeable, the overall comfort was excellent.

The hotel is situated in a quiet suburb of Sorrento, with extensive gardens at the back featuring orange and lemon groves. The rooms are a good size, but lacking in enough plugs. The service provided is friendly and attentive, especially from Vince who went the extra mile with meal orders. The location offers magnificent sea views and is a short walk to Sorrento and the beach, though sunbed hire rates are a bit steep. The dining options are decent with a varied menu selection, and the pool area is divided by a low wall with deep ends.

Upon returning from my stay at this hotel, I feel it's important to note that while the rooms were really clean and spacious, not all rooms have the lovely balcony as shown in the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Vincello and Guiseppe. The location is great for exploring the area but may not be ideal for those seeking complete tranquility. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with some fresh options lacking. Overall, a decent choice with a few things to consider.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, the noise early in the morning was a downside. The location was perfect for exploring the area, but the distance from Sorrento's center was a bit far. The dining experience had some hits and misses, and the pool area was enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located towards Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples, making it easy to access various attractions. Waking up early due to noise from the nearby kitchen was a downside, as was the inconsistency in enforcing dress codes for the evening meal.
